Facility Rental

All rates quoted are for four hours of exclusive facility usage to include:  1st floor of the Mansion, Private Courtyard, Outside Grounds, Off-street parking for approximately 60 vehicles

Rental also includes elegant home decor, event coordinator, set up and breakdown, tables, chairs, linen, centerpieces, skirted buffet tables, head table and dessert table presentations.

~15% less for Friday & Saturday events ending by 4:00pm

~15% less for Sunday events

~20% less for events held Monday thru Thursday

~20% price increase for events from Nov. 20th - Jan, 5th

25 to 50 - $1000.00

51 to 100 - $1500.00

101 to 175 - $2500.00

Above 176 Guest $3000.00

Event Staffing

Bartender $25.00 Per Hour

HPD Officers $25.00 Per Hour

Wait Staff $25.00 Per Hour

Wedding Ceremony

Indoor Ceremonies $500.00

Garden Ceremonies $900.00

*Includes setup/breakdown, alter presentation with columns, candelabra, urns, flowers and white runner

Deposits, Payment and Cancellations

A 30% but no less than $750.00 non-refundable deposit and signed contract required to secure an event.

*All deposits are applied toward the final bill.

*50% of event total is required 90 days before event/ remaining balance to be paid 30 days before event.

*Initial deposit is non-refundable.  Subsequent payments are non-refundable, but can, however, be applied towards a later date within one calendar year.

Tax and Service Charge

An 8.25% Sales Tax is charged for all applicable items.

A 17% Service Charge applies to food & drink purchases.

Catering

The Groovey Grill Mansion provides excellent event catering.  Catering Pricing, Cake Pricing and Menus available upon request.
